Electricity Charges
Electricity is charged per month via individual meter readings per room. First reading will be taken the day the tenant moves in and then monthly thereafter to reflect true usage and billed per unit at the same rate we pay our provider.
Internet Charges
We charge internet lease lines per room, at £35.00.
